Homeschooling families are required to submit a completed vaccination record to their local school district once, when starting homeschooling, and again at the start of seventh grade. Testing Requirements
Students ages 7-17 must complete an annual “nationally norm-referenced standardized achievement examination.” Trust us, this is much simpler than it sounds! Several approved examinations are available either for taking at specific sites or for administering at home. You are not required to disclose test scores to your school district. Minnesota Homeschoolers' Alliance is a wonderful resource for further details regarding testing, should you want to understand the legal requirements further. A link to it is listed below for your reference.
